| Inhalt |
The course aim is to convey the fundamental principles of project management and its implementation. Students will gain insight into practical implementations of project management, use different methods of project management and share ideas. The goal of the course is to gain in depth knowledge and to acquire new insights in order to successfully compile a Master thesis. The course will focus on practical implementation of the acquired knowledge. Students will comprehend the benefits of using different methods of project management as well as recognize the limitations of project management. This course is based on the standards of the International Project Management Association (IPMA). |
