1. Measurement issues in macroeconomics
2. Introduction to the general equilibrium approach to macroeconomics
3. Search and unemployment
4. Consumption, saving and credit markets
5. Credit market imperfections: credit frictions, financial crisis and social security
6. A real intertemporal model with investment
7. Money, banking, prices and monetary policy
8. Business cycle models
9. Inflation: Phillips Curves and Neo-Fisherism

Lernziele Students are familiar with the basic ideas behind the general equilibrium approach; that is they understand interactions within economies and can apply macroeconomic models. Furthermore, they can analyze economic policy issues within this framework.

Anmeldung Für den Besuch der Lehrveranstaltung / Übung wird die Einschreibung über die E-Learning-Plattform OLAT vorausgesetzt. Die Einschreibung ist vom 5. Februar bis 2. März 2018 möglich. Die Studierenden sind selbst dafür verantwortlich, die Anrechenbarkeit der Lehrveranstaltung an ihren Studiengang zu überprüfen.
