Inhalt	After an introduction on the developments in the Dutch organization of health care (e.g. substitution of care from doctors to nurse practitioners and physician assistants), attendees are challenged to discuss with each other about the workforce in Swiss medical care. Attendees will discuss about different models of role revision and associated challenges or obstacles.
