Inhalt There is hardly another field of law that has seen in recent years a development such as that of sports law. It is sufficient to look at the number of sports-related disputes or at the size of sports-related business around the world, to realise that law and lawyers are now a crucial part of the world of sport. The course provides an introduction to all the current issues at international level, so as for example doping, transfer of players, match fixing, sports-related arbitration, ambush marketing, governance issues, media and IP matters, etc.
