Umfang Blockveranstaltung
Inhalt This class will examine a number of issues related to the legal and political landscape surrounding efforts to address climate change. The class will focus on a number of key issues, including an overview of relevant international law and custom, an examination of the history of efforts to combat climate change internationally, an examination of policy mechanisms for addressing climate change, the role of different parties (nation, state, municipality, NGO, corporation) in impacting climate change, the Paris Agreement, and how American politics has effected climate change. An essay examination will be required.
