Lernziele This course aims to build competences that help improve students’ quality of life. Specifically, it focuses on the development of skills that help achieve personal and professional goals. The course focuses on areas relating to self-awareness, stress management, efficiency, creativity, time management and career change and difficulties.

Overall, it has two objectives:
• To create awareness on the challenging areas of work that require the development and training of specific skills.
• To instruct on the identification and application of strategies for successful professional achievements in a very competitive market.
Voraussetzungen By the end of this course, students should be able:
- To self-assess the professional skills they need to develop
- To know the best strategies to build these skills
- To identify concrete exercise that they can do to actually develop the skills.

Prüfung Based on self-assessment, students have to provide a profile of the skills that they need to develop and clear strategies and exercise on how they will do it.
