This course provides an in-depth introduction into the topic of leadership and focuses on four central leadership elements in a highly interactive way. It involves a lot of personal reflection, sharing and exploration. It’s about you as a leader as much as it is about leadership theory.
Day 1: What is this thing called leadership Exploring leadership in theory and practice.
Day 2: Leadership in context An experiential-based exploration of leadership in the context of my environment and me.
Day 3: The flow of leadership Get to know key elements, which make leadership dynamic and impactful. This includes creativity, collective intelligence, and trust.
Day 4: ReInventing Leadership A co-creation of what leadership needs to be for the emerging future. |
