Inhalt This course will introduce students to the basic principles underlying the U.S. Constitution. We will address them from a textual and historical perspective, and examine certain principles through the lens of current constitutional controversies.
Voraussetzungen Students will be expected to do reading in advance of class, which will include the text of the U.S. Constitution and select Supreme Court cases.
