Inhalt |
This course will introduce students to the basic principles underlying the U.S. Constitution. We will address them from a textual and historical perspective, and examine certain principles through the lens of current constitutional controversies. |
Voraussetzungen |
Students will be expected to do reading in advance of class, which will include the text of the U.S. Constitution and select Supreme Court cases. |
