Inhalt	• Anatomy of the brain, from cortical to subcortical structures • Classification of brain regions based on anatomical landmarks • Cognitive functions and their neural correlates: attention, memory, language, executive functions • Emotions and their neurobiological substrate • Principles of magnetic resonance imaging and electroencephalography
Lernziele	• Acquire knowledge on the main brain structures and their functions • Associate brain regions to cognitive functions and emotions • Learn the basics of advanced neuroimaging
