Lernziele The course in Professional Development is a comprehensive program designed to enhance students' personal and professional growth by developing essential skills necessary for achieving their goals. This six-class course focuses on self-awareness, stress management, efficiency, creativity, emotional intelligence, time management, curriculum writing, and job interview skills. Students will gain knowledge and practical strategies to succeed in a competitive job market and navigate the complexities of the professional world.

Course Objectives:
1. Foster awareness of challenging areas in the workplace that require specific skill development and training.
2. Instruct students on identifying and applying effective strategies for successful professional achievements.
Voraussetzungen
The requirements are:

Knowledge and Understanding: a solid understanding of the course material, including the main principles of professional development.

Content Mastery: effectively applying knowledge by accurately and concisely conveying the content of the course in the development of concrete strategies for professional development.

Self-appraisal and analytical skills: actively identifying and building competences for the strengthening of individual’s plans for professional development.
