Artificial Intelligence (AI) is seeing substantial application in businesses across the world. However, not all businesses see the expected returns on investment from their projects. A key question is thus how to use AI for business value creation (and capturing). In this course, we will discuss different ways to think about AI for business and will identify key opportunities and considerations for businesses when adopting AI. For example, we will discuss the potential of AI technology to overcome traditional growth barriers. Numerous examples and selected case studies from different industry contexts (e.g., finance, insurance, fashion, talent recruitment, transportation) will be used to illustrate the transformational power of AI for business. A more detailed overview of topics covered will be provided in the first session. Note: This course does not require active programming! |
