Lernziele What does it truly mean to be a professional in health sciences? Beyond academic knowledge and clinical skills, professionals today are expected to communicate effectively, work well in teams, manage their time, and adapt to challenges with resilience and purpose. This course is designed to equip students with these vital competencies; skills that often determine success in real-world healthcare settings, from job interviews to leadership roles.
Through practical exercises, group work, case studies, and reflection, students will explore how professionals grow, thrive, and sometimes fail—and what we can learn from those experiences. They will analyze successful career paths, develop their own communication and time management strategies, and assess their readiness for the demands of the professional world. This is not just about getting a job—it’s about building a meaningful, sustainable, and impactful career in health sciences.

• Communicate clearly and constructively in professional settings.
