Hinweise This course will also include two problem oriented learning (POL) activities run in-class. They will take place at the end of the unit and will give a more practical look into rehabilitation. POL is a student-centered teaching method in which students learn about a topic by solving an open-ended problem that was found in reading material. POL allows for skill development in group collaboration and communication as well as in knowledge acquisition. In these sessions, students will be given a scientific article to read, split into groups and be tasked with answering some predefined questions. Through discussions with their peers, students will brainstorm solutions to real-world problems in addition to gaining a better understanding of the previous lectures' material.
