Inhalt International arbitration has firmly established itself in dispute resolution as a private form of adjudication existing alongside the jurisdiction of the state courts. Switzerland is a popular venue for arbitration in particular for commercial, investment, sports and domestic arbitration.

Lernziele The aim of this course is to convey the principles and types of arbitration (with an emphasis on commercial arbitration, but also touching upon investment and sports arbitration) and to foster an understanding of how arbitration works in concrete cases.
