| Inhalt |
Hardly any other field of law has developed as dynamically in recent years as sports law. It is sufficient to look at the number of sports-related disputes or at the size of sports-related business around the world, to realise that law and lawyers are now a crucial part of the world of sport. The course provides an introduction to all the current issues at international level, as for example doping, player transfers, match fixing, sports-related arbitration, ambush marketing, governance issues, media and IP matters. |
