| Inhalt |
This course will introduce students to the American legal system as well as to the common law in general. We will review the role of precedent, federalism, institutional design, and the U.S. bill of rights. The students will become acquainted with landmark decisions from the Supreme Court’s early days to present. Beside introducing the fundamental principles of the law, we will discuss their historical and theoretical underpinnings. |
